This tutorial is dedicated to Sc10 - This tut gives you an insight into how I created this effect, I know I said I used gradients but that was just so that other people couldn't re-create it and claim it as their own lol! (In all my other pics I told the truth but Ice Abstract is my fave so I didn't!). Anyway.... here is the original [link] - Hope you like the tutorial!

Ok, What you need to do is create the path with the pen tool and then with the pen tool still selected, right hand click and select stroke path.
